Software that knows where it is.

Most software for small businesses is written somewhere else. The defaults are somewhere else. The tax codes are somewhere else. The accountant who has to make it all work is somewhere else. So the operator becomes the integration layer — patching, exporting, re-typing, re-translating — until the software costs more in time than it saves.

Future Forms is the opposite of that. Software that knows where it is. We build for Portuguese small businesses first. The right VAT bands by region. ATCUD on the document. SAF-T at the click. SIBA-aware. RNAL-aware. PT and EN at parity, because the operator and the bookkeeper rarely speak the same first language.

Two products, one engine

We ship two productised surfaces today — Prato Digital for restaurants, Sereno for Alojamento Local hosts — backed by a single shared engine. OCR. Expense intelligence. AT-certified invoicing. Reconciliation. Reports. When the engine improves on one product, it improves on both. That's the leverage: depth, not breadth.

Operators, not an agency

The team behind Future Forms came from cold-chain manufacturing and product development before it came to software. We don't sell logo refreshes and we don't sell prompt-engineered demos. We build the unsexy plumbing that makes a small business run on time. The kind of software that disappears into the work, then quietly compounds.

Algarve-grounded

Built from Portugal. AT-aware. RNAL-aware. SAF-T-aware. The contabilista is the second user of every product we ship. If your accountant won't accept the export, the export isn't done.

Not for everyone

If you need a generic ERP, we're not it. If you need a US-style SaaS stack that pretends Portugal doesn't have its own tax authority, we're not it. If you're looking for an off-the-shelf tool that promises everything to everyone, we're very much not it.

We are for operators who care enough about their own operation that they're willing to use the software that was built for it.
